    When I am emotionally tangled in the question, yes/no spreads make me spiral. What wording helps you get useful information without turning the deck into a stress machine?

    I ask, “What is mine to tend, and what is not mine to carry?” It gives me something grounded without pretending the answer is simple.

    I like “What fact am I avoiding?” with one card only. More cards can become an excuse to keep digging.
