How to use this hub
Moon phase practice is most useful when it gives your month a repeatable rhythm. You do not need a large ritual every night, and you do not need perfect timing for every working. Start by choosing one phase that matches your current need, then pair it with one journal prompt, one practical action, and one material you can use safely.
Record the date, phase, intention, mood, weather, materials, and follow-up action. After a few cycles, look for patterns instead of judging one ritual by one immediate result.
If a listed herb, stone, or candle color is unavailable, choose a safer or simpler substitute that shares the same purpose. A white candle, a clean bowl of water, or a plain notebook can support many lunar workings.
Pair the ritual with an ordinary action: send the message, clean the shelf, schedule the appointment, update the budget, or rest. The follow-through is what makes the practice easier to review later.
